Now, I am not a competitive dancer anymore, and I do not teach any competitors, but I grew up competing and I know what it can feel like to see a score that doesn’t seem to be as high as you had expected. As an instructor, it is important to take the scorecard notes and remarks seriously so that the next time around your team of dancers will be able to further succeed in the competitive dance world.
